Hello I'm new here. thinking about returning to get a masters degree and potentially a doctorate in the field of social work, psychology, ect. I'm already working FT in my profession and have been for nearly three years but I don't have a degree in the field. I have a BFA as an undergrad

Welcome and good for you! Learning should never stop, no matter what. However be ready for the significant decrease in pay, unless your work can allow you to work and pursue another degree simultaneously.
