Umich vs Purdue (MS EE - Fall 2010)

I have got an admit from both of them.

Can anyone suggest which one I should prefer or choose?

I would like to consider them wrt job prospects after graduation, RA/TA opportunities, living/tuition costs, research opportunities during the stay.
