Penn State Vs. NCSU

Hi. everyone.

I am one of the international student who received Ph.D. offer from PennState and NCSU.

My major field is computer architecture and embedded system. When I appiled for aforementioned two universities, I just refered USNEWS CS ranking.

However, I believe that I have to consider multiple views for studying there.

So I want to hear some information about the two universities from you like adv, disadv or respectul professor information in this field.

NCSU is good only for networks -others minimal study-. Every one there seems to work on computer networks and cisco has close relations with the department. I would suggest you to go for penn state unless your work is related with CN.
