Montreal, Michigan TI or Utah?

Hi guys,

I have applied for a PhD in chemical engineering for this fall. I almost got acceptance from polytechnic Montreal, Michigan Technological institute. I am still waiting for a response from the University of Utah. Based on the interview from MTU, the topic looks interesting and the professor is nice and smart. For polytechnic, the topic is interesting also but as much as MTU. What do u suggest i should choose? also if i got accepted at Utah, should I forget about these two Universities? What do u think>
