tommy421 Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 I can't find an actual list, but from what I have heard the following are considered the top tier: University of British Columbia University of Toronto Simon Fraser University McGill University McMaster University UBC is supposed to be the best and UT is a close second.
