I got admit from the University of South Florida for MS in department of pharmaceutical nanotechnology and in Idaho state University for PhD in the department of biomedical and pharmaceutical science.

University of South Florida doesn't provide me any funds as I will pursue MS. Where as ISU website shows that there are opportunities of assistantship for PhD student.

I'm very confused between these two.

Which one is better?

How's IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY?

How's both the department?

Are they accredited?

Considering all the factors can you please help me to choose between these universities?
