UFL (ISOM) vs SU(IM)

I am in desperate need for help! You can tell from the question, please answer me. Thanks.

I have been accepted for MS in Information System and Operation Management in UFL and MS in Information Management in Syracuse University, no funding. I am confused which one to choose as UFL or SU. I will appreciate your help for the answer or advise to these question:

1, How easy is it to get an scholarship in the second semester for both universities?

2, How is the program(ISOM) in UFL compared with the one(IM) in SU?

3, Is the employment rate in the program in SU better that the one in UFL?

4, How about the economic environment and job opportunity in the areas of both universities? I am considering to look for an intern of part-time job off-campus.

5, Ranking of UFL overates SU's, however the program(IM) in SU ranks higher than ISOM in UFL, which should I choose. which ranking is more important?

Do you familiar with MS in MIS in TAMU, MSIS in PITT, and MSIT in RPI? which is the best?
