Hey guys! I've applied to two schools already (with one more school I'm applying to shortly), and they say they'll send out notices in March. I haven't sent either school a status inquiry. Do you think I should? Is it proper, or would it annoy them? I hadn't realized this was an option until I joined here and started reading through the forums. I'm in Canada if it makes any difference.

What does one say in that sort of e-mail?

dude, i love that video :)

canada or no canada....I would say send them an email or drop a line (call them) and be courteous and polite (and all that) and just ask the secretary or whoever....whether offers have gone out, and when applicants will know of the decisions...it may annoy 1/2 persons, which is why I would say speaking to a secretary is cool because even though she is stuck with all the calls and emails, she doesn't have any pull as to who gets in/doesn't...so it might be to your advantage to reach out to the secretary, program assistant/grad student rep/ or someone in a similar position....

good luck, i hope you get in
