Hello, I am entering my third year as an undergraduate student in Systems & Biomedical Engineering. I was wondering whether its better to have a MSc. Degree before applying to a PhD. Or if I can apply to a PhD directly after graduating with a BSc. My GPA so far is 4.0 . I know that my question is kind of premature but I was hoping to prepare early for the requirements to the programs I am gonna apply to. I am still not sure about my areas of interest specifically but I am leaning towards research more than field work. Thanks in advance
