I'm thinking of applying to MA in International Policy at Stanford. I have high GPA and test scores and everything else is good so far, BUT the trick is I am an international student and I already have my master degree in International relations from a university in my country.
Do you think this might be a problem? In general, does it ever happen that a program accepts a student who already has a degree in the same field that they apply to?
