Childcare in Grad School

Hi, I'm working on setting up childcare options for graduate students at my university.  Towards that end, I was wondering what other universities do, and how well it works.  It looks like a lot of places give a subsidy for it, but a few of them have actual childcare programs associated with the university.  If your program (or a program that you know of) has childcare options that work especially well, I would be very interested in hearing where and what they are, to direct my research!
