Question about sending GRE scores

Hi all,

I'm trying to send my GRE scores via ETS as Additional Score Reports (since I opted not to send right when I took my test), and ran into a confusing line on one university's website. The University of Oregon mentions that "We do not receive electronic scores. Please allow at least five weeks for ETS to send your official results to us in time for the December 1st deadline."

The deadline is still more than 5 weeks away, so I have time, but I thought all scores were sent electronically via ETS? As far as I can tell there's no way to specify how scores are delivered when requesting score reports, so I'm not sure exactly what to do. 

Would appreciate any advice/clarification anyone might have.
