Boston Univ. MFA painting

Hello, graduate applicants

I'm planing to go to America for painting, I've recently gotten admission from Boston University.

Although I've finished interview other 2 schools (didn't heard result), I want to know about BU.

I don't have much information here, so is there any body experienced this school? visited? Or have much idea about it?

This school for painting seems like intensive ( too academic???) painting program, it is positive thing I think.

On the other hand, sometimes it can be boring just focus one field, not influenced by people who belongs to various MFA program.

from what i've heard, boston u has a good rep for traditional oil painting. if that's what you're into then it might be a good fit.
