This is a call out to see if anyone here applied to University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology Clincal PsyD program....

Specifically, were you invited to an interview? And if so, have you heard any acceptance/rejection news yet (and through what means)?

Or if you know someone who has applied/heard...that would be great.

Thanks!

I haven't received anything yet, although I know they said they'd be finished with interviews by March 5th. People have interviewed and been accepted, and even rejected, but I haven't heard anything and my DU application status hasn't changed. I emailed them on the 11th, and they said they are STILL reviewing applications. I don't know what that really means, since they would still have to do interviews and have time to make a final decision by April 15th.

I heard on 3/16 from the prof that interviewed me on 2/27

Who did you interview with?

And congrats! Though, I thought they were only going to notify people by mail?

Wow that's more than they would tell me. Did they mention if all acceptances/rejections would be via mail? cause the note post before said they got a call..?

My boyfriend and I have this theory they are going about this alphabetically. Which sucks cause my last name is U.

Any news for you yet? Or does your last name work with my theory?

Good luck also! It sucks so much.

(sorry for all the questions)

I was thinking about the alphabetical thing too...my last name starts with M. Or it's wishful thinking. I'm actually not sure how many were accepted, I've only seen a few on random forums. Yeah, I have to turn down one school because it's crazy expensive, so I'm kind of hoping this one comes through!

Well, I have heard they are still making decisions...whatever that may mean.

I just don't get why people got calls. If you say by mail then keep it that way! Don't they know how crappy this wait is for us. Geesh.

Okay, I FINALLY got the rejection notice today by mail. The application summary online still doesn't show anything new, so I guess that's not the best way to judge.
