Mech Eng PhD SOP Feedback

I'm applying to a few top tier Mech E PhD programs and I've put together a first pass draft of a SOP for one of the schools. I'd really appreciate if someone or a couple of you could give me some good feedback. It's not polished yet but criticism on content, structure, overall quality, etc. would be great.
