[HELP] Application to Univ. of Tennessee

Hello,

I am about to submit my application to PhD program in Finance at Univ. of Tennessee, Knoxville. However, I cannot submit my application because it requires to upload " Computer program". I dont even have any ideas on what it is?

I have asked the department for a week, but they are unlikely to answer before the application deadline (Jan 1st). Has anyone here experienced on this case? Any advices is much appreciated.
