UMN ECE vs. OSU ECE

Hello,

I've been admitted to the ECE departments of The University of Minnesota- Twin Cities and The Ohio State University (for their Master's program)

My area of specialization is Wireless Communications.

I've been through the websites of both these schools and have found that I like UMN better. However, apparently, there's not much to choose between the two in terms of rankings (USNEWS-both placed 20th).

I'd be grateful for some comments and opinions regarding this issue. I'm not sure which one I should go for. To be honest, I haven't got too many great admits (to my dismay; thought I could do better) and am contemplating these two. Are the rankings accurate? Is there much to choose between, say, UMN,UWisc-Madison,OSU, TAMU, UT Austin?

I'm sorry if this post sounds like I'm rambling about nothing, but I need some answers.
