Interview for PhD at same place as Masters

Does anyone have advice for interviewing for a PhD program in the same department in which you're finishing up your Masters? I'm applying for the same PI I'm currently working on projects with and have had most of the professors in the department for at least one class.

I'm mostly thinking about how to handle meet and greets where I've met all the current students (but most of the prospective students will likely be wanting to talk to current PhD students). Also, trying to prepare questions for the actual interview when I have a decent knowledge of what working under my PI is like and how the program in general is structured. Any general advice would be great as well!
