790 GMAT and 3.9 undergrad, 2 rejections

I can't believe universities rejected me with my gmat score (790)...I am beginning to question the legitimacy of admissions?

With this score I don't  think any university can reject you , it may be there can be another reason that you don't fulfil. i think you have to consult with them.

GMAT scores and GPA are not two only factors for the adcom to evaluate whether one is qualified enough to be admitted.
