I am a first year in the DNP program, specializing in women's health. My roommate just accepted a job in Chicago and is looking for a subleaser from now until the end of August. She asked me to see if there are any U of M grad students needing a place to live now or in the summer. Here is the posting:
Unit #1 in this duplex has two floors that include 3 bedrooms, an office, and 2 bathrooms. This enormous bedroom allows you to have your own set up within this large unit. There is in-unit laundry and a parking/garage spot that is shared and runs on a daily first-come-first-serve basis. The sofa and dresser (in bedroom) and desk & chair (in office) are available for you.
There is no cable/tv in the public spaces of this house but there is a hook-up in the bedroom if you'd like to get that set up.
Close to 35W, HWY 94, and the GREENWAY
Lyndale Ave and Nicollete Ave are short walks away and have a variety of restaurants! Minneapolis Institute of Art is also in the neighborhood
Utilities ~$80
Both roommates are very friendly and very busy! Both work full time and one is also a full time grad student. It’s important that the public spaces are kept clean and that you’re respectful of a wide variety of schedules!
