Last Friday, I got an email from grad coordinator like this.

Good Day!

In review of your application to the MPVM program at the University of California, Davis, we note that you have a governmental scholarship. Please provide us with the scholarship document so that we can assess your funding and be certain you are financial able to complete the program.

I sent them the document and keep thinking that maybe they are interested in me or it's just a general process. I was granted a full scholarship from the Thai government and this school is my last hope before the scholarship deadline. What do you guy think about this email. Is that sounds positive or neutral? Or maybe I'm just way too anxious.
