Need help. Please suggest the universities that fit my profile.

Hello everyone!

 

I am a 25 years old female from Pakistan. I have completed my Masters in Business Administration from 2nd best business school in my country(not ranked internationally). I also possess 2.5 years of research experience managing diversified portfolios related to different social science sectors. I am also an exchange alumnae and have been a student at George Mason University. I began exploring PhD positions in the US last year. My profile looks like this:

MBA Cgpa = 3.31 International

Bachelor's CGPA 3.02 International

GRE : 302 (Verbal 152, Quant 150, AWA 4.5)

TOEFL: 101

Number of years(research/industry experience): 3 

Number of publications: 0

Number of thesis during college years: 2

My interests and prior experience is very diversified and includes public policy and administration, international relations and political science(in context of developing and developed world), industrial and organizational psychology. These are some of the areas I have explored as a Research Analyst during past 3 years. Can someone please suggest me the right choice at the right university which can have highest possibility for acceptance based on my profile. I applied to few colleges this year and only had rejections. But I strongly feel that my selection of school and program was not right.
