Hard decision: Master of Education(TESOL)

I am an international student applying for a master's degree in education and major in TESOL (Teaching English to Speaker of Other Language). I have received five offers, namely:            

1. PSU, USNEWS #59, USNEWS #43 in Best Education Schools, location: suburban town            

2. University of Rochester, USNEWS 33, No USNEWS ranking in Best Education Schools, Location: A small city near the border in New York State        

3. Southern Methodist University, USNEWS 59, USNEWS 95 in Best Education Schools, Dallas, Texas, where my boyfriend lives          

4. Pepperdine University, USNEWS #46, No USNEWS ranking in Best Education Schools, Location: Rich Area, Los Angeles, California            

5. Fordham University, USNEWS #70, USNEWS #70 in Best Education Schools, Dallas, Texas          

 I want to find an internship in the United States during my study, and I hope to find a good job after graduation. I look forward to and thank you for your suggestions.
