MA Economics: Penn State vs Stockholm School of Economics

Hey everyone, I got into the MSc program in Economics at Stockholm School of Economics. I had also applied for PhD in Economics at Penn State, but instead, they offered me a Masters program. Between SSE and PSU, which one do you think is a better option. I plan to apply for PhD after MSc/MA as I am interested in research. But it would be helpful to know the pros and cons before making a decision. Thanks in advance.
