Yifan0116 Posted March 15, 2019 Share Posted March 15, 2019 Hi everyone, I’m a candidate for 2019 Fall Biomedical Sciences PhD. I received 2 offers, from Penn State (Hershey college of medicine) and University of Utah. I feel they have similar program settings (similar stipend, and both schools require about 5.5 years to graduate, 3 rotations, etc.) so I really can’t decide now ?.
