[Msc Computer Science] University of Chicago or Boston University?

I'm extremely happy that I've been accepted to those universities, I really thought I did not stand a chance. But after all this wait, the stress isn't over, I'm not sure about which Uni I should choose.

I'm an international student coming from Brazil (and hopefully bringing my girlfriend with me). Do you guys have any ideas which place is better? Both to live and study.

 

Also, I'm still waiting for some responses (UoT being my dream). If April 15th comes before I have all responses, is it ok to accept an offer and change my mind later?
