USC Analytics vs NYU tandon CS

I am an undergraduate student majoring in EE, and I hope to continue Ph.D. study after graduation. My research interest is computer vision. I applied to general CS of USC, whereas got admission in MS in Analytics, which I actually have little interest.  If I have to go to USC, I would try to change my major to cs37 after the first semester. But there is a risk to change it. Then I received an offer from NYU Tandon of CS with a scholarship of $8,000 per year.  I am still waiting for other schools such as UMass and UCI. The deadline to accept USC is 15th. Which one should I accept, or should I wait for other schools?
