Got a conditional offer, but GPA will be 1% less that that

I got an offer from Ryerson with the MA of International economics and finance and it has a condition of achieving 75 in the end. This is my last term but I figure  out the finals are extremely hard and I might be 74.59% for the last two year average. Will the school revoke my offer? What should I do now?

I would talk to your profs about what grade you need and what you can do to get that. In many cases they can help by giving you extra assignments or whatever.
