MPH program. Emory/Boston/Brown?

I'm from Fudan University, China and I've recently got AD from following Universities.  

1.Emory University, MSPH, No scholarship

2.Boston University, MPH, 20% merit scholarship

3.Brown University, MPH, 25% merit scholarship

4.Washington University in St. Louis, MPH $ 20000 merit scholarship.( Not in STEM)

The major of those programs are all Epidemiology and/or Biostatistics. 

I hope to find a job in US after graduate, though I've heard that finding a job can be rather difficult for international students. 

So which program is better? It's really difficult to choose.

OKAY I made a mistake, the program of Brown University is NOT in STEM, while the WUSTL program is in STEM.
