UCL vs Edinburgh for Masters in English Lit

Hey! I'm an international student and have received offers from both UCL and Edinburgh for their Master's in English Literature (Pathway on Modernist and Post-Modernist Literature). I'm having a tough time deciding between the two since their course, faculty, and ranking are on par. I plan to pursue a PhD afterward, preferably in the US. Please advise.

I have visited both London and Edinburgh, and think London would be a much better place to study for a year (especially since the programs are similar in terms of teaching/ranking).
