Photomontage Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 Hello everyone! I am applying for an internship with MoMA's photography department for the fall and I wanted to ask if it would be silly to end my essay talking about how the program works perfectly with my upcoming school schedule. I'm starting my MA in art history at Hunter College in late august, and both of my courses start at night. Since being able to complete the time requirements of the internship program is crucial, I figured it would be beneficial to mention that in my conclusion. What do you all think?
epm8642 Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Unnecessary. Your submission of an application should implicitly mean that you can commit to the schedule. Don’t waste space in a cover letter spelling this out when hiring managers are going to speed through the many applications they receive for this position.
