Will an enrollment in online master program harm my application to an on campus program? #intertnational student for help

Currently, I am enrolled in an online program. I want to apply to another on-campus for some reason. I am afraid that the admission committee or school graduate student administration department of the on-campus program will find my online master enrollment and waive my right to enroll in the on-campus one. for some reason like we can not accept doing two degrees in one time. So my question is:

1. will they really check my educational background

2. If they really check, can they access a system that reveals my enrollment in another school(online master)

3. If they know, will it hurt? should I conceal this purposely?
