I have an offer from UMass Amherst for masters in ECE. I'd like to know how good is this program in this school. I also want to know about the level of research here and do the profs publish? Do student's graduating from here have a good reputation in academics? How is the job scenario after graduating from here? If I want want to pursue phd after this, does graduating from this school have good value?

I know, that's a lot of ???s, but I really need help here.

You might want to put ECE in the title of you topic, or post this in the part of "the menu" that corresponds to your field, since your questions are so field-specific... I'm sure that many people who looked at your topic just have no idea of what you are talking about (including me...)
