So, I've been accepted to two English MA programs, neither with funding guaranteed, and have to decide by next week!

I'm still waiting to hear from schools, but want to decide based on my current offers in case nothing new turns up. Ultimately I'm trying

for a PhD program, but haven't been accepted to any yet. Getting an MA with no funding from Northeastern might stick me with 60 grand in debt;

from Kent I'm thinking quite a bit less, but still substantial. Living in Boston is of course much more expensive than Ohio. Any advice? Boston would

be a great place to live, and the programs both seem to fit. The alternative would be to wait and apply again for PhD programs again next year.
