Kent or Northeastern

I've been accepted to two English MA programs, neither with funding guaranteed. Ultimately I'm trying

for a PhD program, but haven't been accepted to any yet. Getting an MA with no funding from Northeastern

might stick me with 60 grand or more in debt; from Kent I'm thinking quite a bit less, but still substantial.

Living in Boston is of course much more expensive than Ohio. Any advice? Boston would be a great place to live,

and the programs both seem to fit. The alternative would be to wait and apply again for PhD programs again next year.
