Gatech MS CS results

Hii all,

I m a new member here.

I have applied to Gatech's Master's program in CS.

I have not heard anything from them until now...

Are there still chances of getting some positive reply from them?

Its already April and I need respond to the other universities admit offers...

Gatech website says dont call us or email us..we will send you a mail mostly by Apr 15th and some decisions may even go beyond that...

Can I accept other universities' offer now and decline later if at all I get Gatech offer in furture?

Please help me making some decision.

I have one last question...Is there any use calling up the Gatech CS department to ask abt the results?

I am really growing impatient waiting for their results :-(.

From the best I can tell there are a lot of us still waiting to hear from the CS department with respect to masters program admissions. I personally plan on waiting them out, but if you are under deadlines it probably wouldn't hurt to try and contact them. I'm not sure what the policy is about asking for an extension from the other Unis.

I know that it has been brought up elsewhere about accepting and then declining admissions at a Uni and it is pretty frowned upon and may have some negative repercussions.
