Hi,

Has anyone applied to the MA program at Gallatin school? I sent in my application in late Jan but haven't

heard a thing since then. Someone from another forum told me that (s)he got the notification about one

month and half after the submission. But that's the case for the spring term application...I suppose it would

then take a longer time to know the admission result for the fall term. Any ideas?

I'm not sure about Gallatin, but the GSAS admissions faq states that decisions are mailed out in March, so I imagine that might be the case with Gallatin given how late it is in February now.

Thanks for the reply. I found this on GSAS website:

When will my admission decision be mailed?

We begin mailing admission decisions for the coming fall semester in mid to late March. Decisions are not available via email, phone, or fax.

I guess you are right. I would not hear from Gallatin until Mid March.

Ah maybe I should just give them a call and find out.
