Has anyone here known someone who had been accepted into the clinical psychology ma program at Teachers college at Columbia university with below 3.0 Gpa

 

and one more question do you guys think a letter of recommendation from a professor who previously worked at the university brings up my chance to be accepted despite my below 3.0 gpa
