Wotrsb Posted January 2, 2020 Posted January 2, 2020 I took the GRE recently and scored pretty well. (167V/163Q/4.5W) I’m looking at top chemical engineering PhD programs for the fall 2020 application season and I’m not sure if I need to retake the GRE. My total score seems to be higher than the average at top engineering programs, but my math score is a few points lower. Will this hurt my application or is it worth paying another $200 to try for a higher math score?
