thank you letter response after interview

After an interview with a POI, I sent a thank you letter to express interest. The professor replied" thank you for your interest and i enjoyed talking to you.". Does this mean I am rejected? The sentence" thank you for your interest" sounds a lot like the start of a rej letter. Any reply is appreciated.

I think you're reading too much into the professor's response. It sounds to me like your interview went well. Best of luck!

It doesn't mean anything. It could be they enjoyed talking to you (because they replied), it could mean they are just being polite, etc. etc.
