Does the website say what the requirements are for admission to their Masters program? I would think that as long as you meet the minimum requirements in terms of GPA and coursework taken (typically, Calc I-III and Linear Algebra for Masters programs) and as long as you have a decent score on the Quantitative section of the General GRE (~160 or higher), you should have no difficulty being admitted. Most Masters programs are not funded, so the vast majority of them will accept any students that are above threshold.
