Writing SOP for Summer Program

Hey! I want to apply for a study tour during my summer vacation and have to write an SOP but, (1) I have never written an SOP before, (2) I have no idea what to include in this. I am interested in International Relations, Diplomacy, and Disarmament, and this program is regarding these issues, hence why I am really interested. I've tried checking on Google for tips but it mostly offers tips for applying for research positions, internships and graduate programs, not the type of thing I am applying for. I also dont have much experience as I am still in my first year of college and haven't been able to gain relevant experience. It would be great if anyone could provide tips and insights on what exactly to include in such an SOP.
