UC Irvine or Northeastern ? Which one you choose ?

Hi guys, I am an international student and have recently got offers from both UCI and NEU for Graduate studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). But, I am unable to decide, with certainty, which school is better?

Northeastern: My prospective supervisor is Full Prof. here, and has his own company. Boston is a more bustling and more advanced city with lots of more opportunities to find links. There are Co-Op programs here that bring students with work experience.

Irvine: My prospective supervisor is Assistant Prof., and his work is a little bit more exciting for me. The weather here is the best. It is California, by the way (near LA)! Also, my best friend studies here.

Which one do you choose personally? I would be pleased if you could share your precious with me
