JJWBGSP World Bank Scholarship 2020-2021

Dear friends

This is my first time at this forum. My name is Carlos Morales, I'm from Lima - Perú, and I'm intending to apply to the Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarsip Programme to study MSc Urban Management & Development at IHS - Erasmus University Rotterdam (Preferred Master Degrees).

I want to know 2 things:

1) if out there is another applicant applying for the same program, and

2) if there are news about the link to apply for this scholarship. I have visited https://www.worldbank.org/en/programs/scholarships#3 several times, but I can't find any "apply" button.
