Need advise on getting back in the field

I graduated in 2012 with a Ms in chemistry. I never found a job in my field. After a couple of years I gave up and started working doing admin jobs. I'm at the point that I'm tired of doing that and want to get back into my passion which is what I originally studied but I don't know where to start.

Any advice would be great. What to study, any companies out there that would hire me with no experience with my degree, I'm looking for my foot in the door . Don't care about a high pay, just looking to jump start my career again. Thank you.

what field of chemistry? was your MS a research degree? I was able to get a job with only a bachelors. Although I had to have pretty good undergrad research experience to even get an interview.
