Stanford CEE MS or Princeton CEE Phd

I received the MS admission from Stanford  CEE (sdc track) and also Princeton CEE Phd. I am not sure about the path after graduation: academia or industry. If I choose Stanford, chances are that I will not pursue the Phd afterwards. So I am wondering how is the JOB market for civil engineering students in the US. Also, if I choose Princeton Phd and can't find a faculty position, will I still be able to find jobs in industry?
