clizarraldeb Posted March 23, 2020 Posted March 23, 2020 All over the world leaders are characterized by being uperskilled personalities. It is difficult to define exactly wich are the most important traces of a future leader. A respected leader is someone that can be influent over people, nevertheless, not every respected leader acts in moral basis principles, wich can immediatly affect humanity. For instance, all leaders has to be able to act on a moral aligment to achieve high impact goals. Firstly, we have a clear example for this affirmation.Nelson Mandela, a black leader choose to defend black people rights guided by his common sence but overall buy his moral perspectif. He was not popular or respected until his dead, but his moral principles, as equality for white and black people at work, at home and even on public tranportation make america and the entire world a better place. Secondly, a moral leader is a person who choose humanity wellness over his own benefits. For example daily a Medical Doctor has to choose between effectifness of a treatment instead of a treatment cost or revenue for the healthcare private system. In our community Doctors are respected by them moral choises for their pacients. Even if moral judgement is a keyholder for a world leader It is important to understand that there are decissions that can be made by and classiffied as unmoral that can be a wright choise for humanity. After World War II internation Law policies declare humanity enemies all the GESTAPO members, and international parlment can decide over them lifes. Maybe in 40´s, this leaders were not accomplishing moral judgment by deciding over someone elses life, but were deffending humanity, gainging respect over them peers. In conclusion, a leader has to follow moral judgment to understand humanity needs. In my opinion, this hability should be combined with equality perspective and humanity wellbeing to achieve right and safe choises for everyone; after the accomplishment of those principles they are gone be respected not only by its peers but everyone.
clizarraldeb Posted March 23, 2020 Author Posted March 23, 2020 Although sound moral judgment is an important characteristic of an effective leader, it is not as important as a leader’s ability to maintain the respect of his or her peers.
