University of Chicago admission process is quite different, does applying in later rounds ( Round 2 or 3 ) reduces our chances of an admit ?

My profile is quite good with a GRE score of 327. However, i was very late to decide on whether i have to do MS from a foreign country. By January end, only university in the top 25 allowing an application for their Masters in Science for Computer science, was univ of chicago. However it was round 2 of admissions in which i applied, with round 1 deadline being Jan 10. What are the chances of admits for applicants like myself? Thank you.
