6+ weeks between interview and decision?

Is it normal to have to wait 6 weeks after an interview and still not have a decision?

I am also in the same boat. I have yet to hear from University of Wisconsin-Madison after interview in February (they were supposed to intimate me by first week of march). They have not replied to any enquiries either. While I don't think it's normal, most likely it is because of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. It could also be due to being waitlisted.
