Duke vs. UPenn vs. USC

Hi all

Am confused between MS in ECE (Machine Learning Track) at Duke vs. MS in ECE (Machine Learning Track) at USC vs MS in Systems Engineering at UPenn.

I am more inclined towards joining the industry ie taking up a job offer.

All three of them seem almost at par with each other, with few differences. 

Any thoughts/inputs are welcome which might help me decide.
